Illustrated and retro map of Europe by Prior - 1964

This map of Europe entitled "Our Europe" is an original advertising piece published in 1964 by the Prior brand of biscuits, as part of a major competition in partnership with Simca 1000. Its particularity is to be composed of a multitude of illustrated stickers which were to be collected and stuck on the map background. Each sticker represents in a colorful and picturesque way a country or a region through its monuments, its traditional costumes, its fauna or its emblematic activities. The whole forms a very lively and decorative pictorial map, a true testimony to the promotional objects of the 60s. The map measures 52 cm by 62 cm.
