Cassini map of Briançon, Mont-Dauphin and their surroundings

This linen-backed Cassini map, entitled "Briançon" (N°151), represents part of the Isère and the north of the Hautes-Alpes. It was produced by the Cassini family at the end of the 18th century. Its period colors are magnificent. Its unfolded dimension is 92x59cm (21 sections).
