Cassini map of Coutances, Jersey and their surroundings

This linen-backed Cassini map, entitled "Coutances" (N°126), represents the west of the Manche and the Island of Jersey. It was produced by the Cassini family at the end of the 18th century. Its period colors are magnificent. Its unfolded dimension is 91x58.5cm (21 sections).
