Vintage illustrated poster of Paris by Jorj Morin - ca. 1960

This large poster of Paris, designed by artist and advertising designer Jorj Morin, offers a colorful, tourist-friendly view of the capital. The map depicts the city with its numbered arrondissements, the course of the Seine, and its bridges, and is richly illustrated with iconic monuments, landmarks, and humorous illustrations and advertisements from the period. The artist's refined, humorous style is notable. The map measures 125 cm by 98 cm.
